Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ems777 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. ems777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ems777 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Once verified, withdrawals are processed as follows: GCash withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes; PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 30 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. ems777 does not charge withdrawal fees.
